— CROME is a six year research project (2017-2023) with the purpose of analysing the memories of the Portuguese colonial war and African liberation struggles in Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, Guinea-Bissau, Cape Verde and São Tomé and Príncipe. The project is funded by the European Research Council (ERC), coordinated by Miguel Cardina and hosted in the Centre for Social Studies (CES), at the University of Coimbra.
